Within 12 months, his team became the number one team in their local area, supported by consistent year-on-year growth in their core market. Supporting a broad range of clients, often families and clients with aligned values, Jordans approach is 'relationship-first' acting as a long term advisor rather than one-off transactions and focuses on delivering clarity and confidence throughout the process. 

Jordan’s background in door-to-door sales and hospitality has given him strong people skills, resilience, and the ability to communicate effectively in all situations. He is known for high-level execution of a clear, proven process, combined with transparency and consistent follow-up. Clients have always valued his accessibility, work ethic, and the confidence they feel knowing they are kept informed at every stage.

Family is central to everything Jordan does. He believes that what he does is a privilege, and this perspective shapes the care and commitment he brings to each client relationship. Having lived, worked, and gone to school locally for close to 15 years, Jordan offers deep insight into the community he serves, understanding that local knowledge is often the unseen value that creates the best outcomes.
